As a Graduate Consulting Internship then Fellow with Sabry & Company, she was a catalyst for efficiency, putting Agile methodologies into practical use to boost meaningful conversations with prospect business founders, owners and managers aroudn the city by an astonishing 25% as part of the team. It was about equipping businesses with the right story to tell. Bridging expertise with practical experience is what makes Iris a standout though. At OpenSesame, Iris leveraged data analytics with the precision of a seasoned pro, turning raw data into actionable insights that shaped business decisions. Her projects, from leading a first-place marketing plan for Dove Hair to developing a comprehensive campaign for UnitedMasters, showcase her talent for leading with purpose and delivering results.

Beyond the Briefing

Iris’s leadership extends beyond the professional sphere. As Vice President of the Federation of Taiwanese Student Associations in New York, she was a cultural ambassador, orchestrating a cross-university event that connected over 200 students. This ability to build bridges and foster community is a core part of who she is—a quality that enriched every team she was a part of.
