An Alumna’s Vision: How a Management Associate Built the Foundation for Sabry & Company’s Premier Forecasting Arm.

Our organization is very proud of the professional calibers we bring in, and also on the visionary innovations they help kick off. Today, we shine a spotlight on one such trailblazer: Elaria Michael. A former Management Associate who served the firm with distinction, Elaria was instrumental in the foundational creation of The Tomorrow Times (TTT), our unique and rapidly growing internet news and forecasting platform that later turned into the cornerstone of our Business Forecasting practice today.

Genesis of a Visionary Platform

The Tomorrow Times operated under the compelling slogan, “May the Best Forecaster Win,” encouraging a strategic and visionary outlook in its community. The core mission was to allow users to predict future news and receive rewards for their accurate forecasts on a weekly basis, driving engagement and cultivating a culture of forward-thinking analysis.

While TTT was a dynamic entity operating from our old 14 Wall Street office, with a dedicated team specializing in News, Research, Forecast, and Consulting, its early architecture was built right here at Sabry & Company and has paved the way for our Business Forecasting as it is today along with its impact in assessing our portfolio businesses.

Elaria Michael, during her tenure as a Business Associate, Consulting from August 2022 to April 2024, was the driving force behind this venture’s inception. She led the critical, early-stage work that established TTT as a viable and unique product.

The Three Pillars of Inception

Elaria’s contribution was comprehensive, encompassing the three essential elements needed to transform an idea into a functional product:

  1. Product Conception: Elaria spearheaded the design of the early version of the TTT product itself. This involved defining the core forecasting mechanism, the reward structure (the “get rewarded for your accurate forecast!” system), and the fundamental user experience that would draw in and retain visionary participants.
  2. Operating Process Development: A brilliant idea is only as good as its execution. Elaria mapped out the entire operational workflow for TTT, from how future news events would be curated and posted for prediction to the process of forecast validation, scoring, and weekly reward dissemination. This framework ensures TTT runs with the precision and reliability expected of a Sabry & Company portfolio business.
  3. Implementation Strategy: Finally, she defined the early-stage implementation plan, setting the groundwork for the platform’s launch and initial scaling. Her strategic approach ensured that TTT was not just an internal business but a scalable, outward-facing platform ready to become “the forecasting arm of Sabry & Company,” which it is today, the Business Forecasting practice.

From Consulting to Human Capital

Elaria’s remarkable 2-year tenure at Sabry & Company was a period of significant achievement. While her primary role saw her pioneering TTT, she also contributed to the firm in a different, vital capacity. Her time at Sabry & Company overlapped with a subsequent role as a Talent Acquisition Associate from November 2022 to April 2024, demonstrating a keen understanding of both the strategic consulting and human capital sides of the business.

This dual focus on visionary project development and talent strategy provided a unique and powerful perspective that continues to inform her career trajectory.

A New Chapter in Workforce Strategy

Since departing Sabry & Company two years ago in April 2024, Elaria has flourished in the field of Human Resources, focusing on the strategic deployment of talent—a logical transition for someone who understands how to build and implement complex, new operational systems.

A passionate professional with over 15,000 followers tracking her activity, Elaria has rapidly ascended in her new field as Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning Specialist and Workforce Planning Specialist where her responsibilities include HR Analytics, Mass Hiring, Head Hunting, and critical Workforce Planning.

Her solid academic background, including a Bachelor of Linguistics and a Diploma of Education in Human Resources Management underpins her ability to tackle complex, data-driven challenges in her current role.

Elaria Michael’s foundational work on The Tomorrow Times represents the very best of Sabry & Company’s talent: individuals who are not afraid to step into the unknown and build the operating models for tomorrow’s enterprises.

Elaria Michael may have moved on to conquer the complexities of workforce planning, but her legacy as the architect of the early TTT product and operating process remains a crucial part of The Tomorrow Times’ success story. We are incredibly proud of her accomplishments and the lasting impact she had on Sabry & Company.
